Received the wrong item?

Errors do happen—call us immediately and we’ll get it sorted out. It doesn’t matter whether you have ordered something incorrectly or we have picked the wrong item in our warehouse. Our aim will be to rectify the situation as quickly as we can. The same applies if something is missing from your order.

Please note that if for any reason we are unable to supply a product we will always contact you – we will not supply an alternative without your prior agreement.

Need to return an item?

Although we do not offer a ‘sale or return’ service, most products can be returned assuming it is a stock item, still in its original packaging and is in a re-saleable condition and is returned within 21 days. Please note there will be a re-stocking charge for this service (£15.00 or 30% of the value of the goods, whichever is greater) and part cases cannot be accepted.

‘Special Order Items’ (products not held as stock in our warehouse but brought in specifically for you) cannot be returned unless faulty.
