Orders placed before midday Monday to Friday are despatched same-day on a 1 to 2 day delivery service and because we use our own transport to deliver to most London postcodes, we can extend the cut-off to 2pm for these areas.
For generic stock, orders placed before midday (2pm for most London postcodes) is despatched same-day on a 1 to 2 day delivery service. If, however you need something even faster call us and we will see whether we can rush it to you same day. Prices vary for this service depending upon the size of the order and the destination – which would be quoted to you in advance. We will always do all we can to help.
We really do try to accommodate all our customers’ specific delivery requirements! We deliver Monday to Friday but we’re closed between Christmas & New Year and on UK bank holidays. Our London drivers start early to miss the rush hour and start deliveries from about 7.30am. Depending on the route, they can deliver anytime up until 5pm. Our carrier deliveries start around 8am and deliveries are made up until 6pm.
We cannot guarantee a specific time for a delivery — although we’ll do our best to give you an estimate if you need one, and if necessary will try to make alternative arrangements (although this may incur a charge).
Always keep us abreast of any parking or access restrictions that apply to your site/s.
If we are aware of any problems in advance we are far more likely to be able to overcome them for you.
