“I joined Café Connections straight from school, on an apprenticeship scheme. My 1st day nerves vanished really quickly as I was made to feel an important part of the team right from the start. Plenty of time was set aside for me to complete my course work with help readily available from both an independent instructor and my line managers. I’ve been encouraged to continue learning and to get more qualifications too, completing my 2nd apprenticeship back in 2024. It’s been a fantastic place for me to grow both personally & professionally.”
